6/29-7/27 Emotionally Healthy Spirituality
The Emotionally Healthy Spirituality course addresses the reality that emotional maturity and spiritual maturity are inseparable. This class will help you begin or continue a journey toward emotional health in your relationship with God and others.
This four-week course will meet on Sundays at 6:30pm, June 29th-July 27th. The sign up deadline is Sunday, June 22nd. Contact Anna for more information.
6/29 Feasty Fifth
It’s the fifth Sunday of the month, so why not feast?! On June 29th, in lieu of our usual Sunday worship, we’re going to host a brunch and have a morning of community and food. Bring a brunch dish to share.
7/13 Vineyard 201
Sometimes we need to check the map to see where we are and where we need to go next. Vineyard 201 is intended to help participants grow as God intended into the men & women they are designed to be. This class will introduce participants to a framework for formation and help each person gauge where they’re at so they can develop a personal focus for flourishing growth going forward. Vineyard 201 is coming up Sunday, July 13 from 1:30 to 3:15 at the Bleakley home.
8/2 Open Mic
Many of our congregation's God-given abilities don't get to be featured on Sunday mornings, so we're planning an Open Mic event where people share short (5 minute) expressions of giving glory to God in creative ways. These could be poems, spoken word, rap, songwriting, playing an instrument, dance, sharing a piece of art, or anything else you can do behind a microphone! They also don't need to be explicitly Christian. God has made it, so it gives glory to God :) This is a chance to share something that you love and enjoy with the congregation regardless of ability level and be met with nothing but encouragement and support. The event will be Saturday, August 2nd at 6:30pm. Contact Jeremy if you’re interested in performing!
