Training for the Long Run

Personal growth and spiritual formation almost always come after we’ve put in the time and effort to train our hearts, minds and bodies to achieve different results today than we achieved yesterday. In this series, we’re focused on a handful of challenging spiritual exercises that will not only get us closer to God and each other… but will greatly assist us in running the long race God gives us. We’ll answer questions like: How can I live in greater freedom? How do I build more trust in God? How do I control my impulses? What can I do to achieve healthier friendships?
